Power of Attorney
Increasingly, we are all living longer but we may, at some stage, be unable to deal with matters, both financial and personal, ourselves. A Power of Attorney can appoint a trusted person of your choice, who can deal with matters on your behalf on a permanent or temporary basis. Advice and assistance can include:-Registering a Power of Attorney with the Court of Protection
Preparation of relevant documentation in respect of financial affairs or personal/welfare affairs
